Delivery Information

Many of our products are 'pre-order' and are therefore made to order. The amount of time it takes to produce these can be variable depending on the product of choice. However, as soon as it reaches our fulfilment centre, we aim to have it sent to you within ? working days. 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a no fuss returns policy for any items returned, un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days. Please contact our customer service team to assist you with anything: customerservice@tankedmusic.co.uk

All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make original payment.

Returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis so please contact us with any issues.

Damaged products

We try our absolute best to get your products to you in 1 piece, but occasionally damages occur in transit. Please take photos of the item in the state received so we can best advise you. 

We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival OR arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please contact our customer service team: customerservice@tankedmusic.co.uk
